Self-hypnosis is a natural state that everyone experiences, similar to drifting off to sleep or getting lost in a movie. It's a learning state that allows you to connect with your subconscious mind, which constitutes a large part of your mind (theorized around 88%), to create changes that align with what you consciously know is in your best interest.
Many times, we consciously know something is good for us or something we want to do, but something seems to get in the way. Self-hypnosis provides a way to address these internal conflicts and change learned associations or conditioning that drive unwanted behaviors or feelings.
In this webinar, you'll learn a multi-step process to hypnotize yourself, including how to:
Engage physical feelings, emotions, and intellectual thoughts to create the receptive state.
Use deepening techniques like visualizing steps.
